Davetin acts as the Data Controller for your personal data as defined under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

3. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of Turkey (AWS EU servers). By accepting the Explicit Consent Text (Açık Rıza Metni) during registration, you consent to this cross-border data transfer.
